The seven-story new building offers employees around 15,000 m² of rental space with open and communicative workplaces.
The structure is based on a square floor plan with an inner courtyard measuring about 25 by 25 meters, which serves both as a source of natural light and a protected outdoor recreational area. The transparent ground floor, which includes the entrance, lobby, conference areas, and dining facilities with terrace access, forms the heart of the building. Additional amenities for employees include a Nintendo shop, gaming area, fitness center, and a small soccer pitch next to the building.
