In addition to modern office spaces, the new building includes facilities for a staff restaurant, childcare, and a fitness area.
The LEED Gold-certified structure is based on a “comb structure,” allowing for efficient organization of office areas and forming two green inner courtyards. The façade design is enhanced by small loggias on each floor, as well as two distinctive protruding volumes for the conference area on the 6th floor and a double-height foyer. Bright, staggered pilasters give the façade a sense of dynamism and lightness.
