HOLM House of Logistics & Mobility
Flughafen Frankfurt am Main
HOLM, with its two basement and seven above-ground floors, is built to Passive House standards.
The spatial concept supports the mission of HOLM as a neutral, interdisciplinary, and cross-industry platform where professionals from logistics and mobility companies collaborate with academic researchers to tackle present and future challenges. The architecture reflects this networked and open exchange among users. Shaped like a figure eight, the building connects all areas. The central hub, called the X-Celerator, facilitates connections and invites visitors to linger. Three lecture halls and an auditorium support large-scale scientific and academic events. The glass-covered inner courtyard offers a striking space for international users.
