Characterful individual buildings within the ensemble reflect the historic small-scale parcel structure. With large glass fronts, the shops open the building to Goetheplatz.
Above them are open-plan office floors, accessed from the square via two representative entrance halls. The building is capped by a varied roofscape that ends on Goethestraße with a publicly accessible glass pyramid. The individual buildings are differentiated by their specific natural stone façades and window typologies.
