Designed by TEKTONIK Architects, the 2018 building complements a neighboring structure by the same firm but stands as a distinctive architectural solitaire.
The entrance is marked by a large, portal-like gesture, and the high-quality façade features irregular light clinker and vertically articulated columned corners with floor-to-ceiling windows—every second one operable and secured with glass balustrades. The building evokes classic metropolitan commercial architecture, suggesting high value and longevity. It comprises 7 full floors and a rooftop terrace accessible to all users, currently leased entirely to GKK Agency. The tenant has created a vibrant workspace in its branded design.
