Allianz Global Investors,
TRITON-Haus
Frankfurt am Main
The Triton House, originally from the 1980s and in a prime Frankfurt Westend location, has been comprehensively revitalized for Allianz as both investor and tenant.
The goal was to unlock the site’s full potential and upgrade the building to modern technical standards. It now features floor-to-ceiling triple-glazed windows with high daylight transmission and energy-efficient external sunshades with light control, alternating with closed glass panels. The highly insulated new façade meets all sustainability standards. One highlight is the use of LED strip ceilings with daylight sensors throughout the building—one of the first of its kind in Germany—earning a DGNB Gold sustainability certification.
