Innovative office high-rise with fully integrated photovoltaic façade
This office high-rise sets new standards in Germany: both the façade and the roof are fully equipped with photovoltaic modules. With an annual electricity production of around 240,000 kWh, a large part of the energy consumption is covered directly on site. Heating and cooling are provided 100% electrically via highly efficient heat pumps and modern cooling systems. Designed by the renowned architectural firm Dietz Joppien Hammerschmidt, the building combines forward-looking building technology with a clear, timeless design language. Inside, sustainable materials and a minimalist design dominate – ideal for modern, flexible working environments.
